Adelaide's newest Bluegrass sensation has landed!.

After the recent demise of their previous band the Cowtippers, Henk and John have decided to get back on the horse (well, two horses) and have teamed up with Ron and Kevin to form Cripple Creek. The great harmonies and driving sound will still be there -and we think - even better!!!

We are busy rehearsing so we can start gigging and to keep you abreast of our progress we will be regularly updating these pages with audio and video clips and other snippets of information. So come back and visit us often. This site is a work in progress so keep your hard hat on!!!!

Being based in South Australia we are fond of the River Murray and despite recent rainfall it really is our Cripple Creek. Also Cripple Creek, crops up in a number of our favourite songs; Up on Cripple Creek by the Band, Cripple Creek Ferry by Neil Young and of course the Bluegrass classic Cripple Creek so all in all seems like the perfect name for our band.
