Ian Holt - . Mr. Holt is the Chairman of the SACCM Board of Governors and also Chairman of our Executive Committee. He presides at all Council Meetings, has a deciding vote, and sits in on most subcommittees. Mr. Holt is a consultant in the building industry and has been involved in the Council for a total of 11 years and has been involved in Country Music all his life.
