Raelz - Guitar and Vocals I arrived in this world not with the proverbial silver spoon in the mouth but a microphone. Music and singing has always been prevalent in my life. My first competition in 2002… I won! This whetted my appetite. Over the years I participated in karaoke and in Country Music. More often I was the oldest competitor so it was a ‘buzz’ when I collected trophies! Involvement in Country Music clubs enabled me to sometimes do ‘walkups’ and they were such fun! The bands which provided backing for these performances were always supportive – there are such wonderful musicians out there. Over the past six years I have been getting together with a group for regular jammin’ sessions. Recently an opportunity arose and some of the guys and I formed a group. We are known collectively as’ Kindred Spirit’. This is where I am at now – who knows what the future holds! |

Bass Man Les of Kindred Spirit learned to play guitar as a teenager in Scotland. He has played bass guitar for bands such as Some People, The Hitchhikers, Tangerine Flake, Pilgrimage, Johnny's Rocko's and in Australia... Us Blokes.... Les is pleased with the current line up and appreciative of the support from club members and the public to date. “I look forward to playing at all venues in South Australia, and I also look forward to working with a great team... namely Martin, George, Steve and Raelz." |

My favourite artists are Garth Brooks, Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson and Dwight Yoakam.” |
