Candy’s distinctive
sound and projection is remarkable for a girl of 15. She is very proficient
at taking a song and making it her own. The emotion felt by Candy during a
performance is repeatedly passed on to her audience.
Candy has been a grand finalist for the past six years at the South Australian
Champion of Champions, being recognised as one of the top three in the State!
Judges at the recent
On stage, Candy performs vocally with guitar, mandolin,
and bass guitar confidently; she is also developing her skills on her lead
guitar and drums. Her rapport with bands often sees her doing the backing
for many artists including artists in her own sections in competitions.

As Coordinator and one of the original members of the Junior Country Crossover,
Candy actively attends all co-ordination meetings and events as a performer, compere and backing musician (Mandolin, Acoustic Guitar and Bass guitar) and regularly
helps out at functions promoting SACCM.

Ultimately Country Music as career is Candy’s goal. She is working hard to accomplish her dream.
